Digital Property Inspection Reports

Property inventory - from £60*: Our prices are based on a fixed fee for common communal areas plus an additional £10 per bedroom for properties of common design and layout, for example your typical Victorian terrace or suburban semi-detached home.

We do not charge additional fees for a furnished property. Prices for properties of bespoke design or are of larger-than-average size with multiple additional rooms start from £10 per room (*T&Cs).

Check-in service - £30: We will collect and deliver keys, meet the tenants at the property and provide a hard-copy of the inventory report for them. This is an additional £30 fee on top of the inventory price.

End of tenancy check-out reports

End of tenancy check-out reports

Check-out service - from £75: We assess the condition and cleanliness of a property based on the ingoing inventory report, noting all discrepancies since occupation (subject to fair wear and tear) and liability for any remedial works recommended.

Prices start from £75 for a studio to 2-bedroom property and £85 for a 3 to 4-bedroom property. Prices for properties of bespoke design or are of larger-than-average size are quote dependant.

Our check-out reports are unbiased and are based on factual evidence provided by the ingoing inventory report, mid-term interim inspections and the visual condition at check-out at the end of a tenancy.

Mid-term interim & snagging reports

Mid-term interim and snagging reports

Mid-term interim service - £40: We assess the condition and cleanliness of a property (usually with the tenant present) to identify any potential remedial works required or to raise concerns with the landlord and the letting agent about a property.

This is a great way to keep up-to-date with how your property is being treated and if there are any repairs required to improve the living conditions of its occupants. Inspections are conducted every quarter.

Snagging reports - from £80: We assess the outstanding remedial works required to a property or any damage that requires rectifying before handover by the developer on legal completion.
